    Get harmful Yelp reviews removed

We find the part of the review that breaks the rules and build the removal around it.

    • Reviews from competitors and people with a conflict of interest
    • Reviews from people who were never customers
    • Threats, harassment and hate
    • Private information about staff or customers
    • Provably false statements of fact
    • Reviews of the wrong business or location

Yelp decides each report on its guidelines, so a vague complaint fails and a precise one works. We handle the analysis, the report and the follow-up, and we assess your reviews free before we start.

    How it works

    How Yelp Review Removal Works

    1. 01

      Free Review Assessment

You send the links. We read each review against the guidelines and the law and rank them by damage.

    2. 02

      Case Preparation

We gather the records and quotes that show which rule a review breaks.

    3. 03

      Report and Escalation

We submit the report with the evidence and escalate when the first answer is a refusal.

    4. 04

      Response and Recovery

We reply to reviews that stay and build genuine content so your rating recovers.

We handle the analysis, the submissions and the follow-up so you do not have to.

What we get removed, and the hard cases we take on

    What we get removed

    • Competitor and conflict-of-interest reviews
    • Reviews from people who were never customers
    • Threats, harassment and hate
    • Private information
    • Photos and comments that break the rules

    Hard cases we take on

    • Angry but genuine reviews: we respond and build around them
    • Reports Yelp declined: we resubmit with stronger evidence
    • False factual claims: we pursue the legal route through counsel
    • Review attacks: we analyze the pattern and escalate
    • Anything that stays: we protect your rating

    Why Our Removal Approach Works

We argue from the guidelines, not from the fact that the review is negative.

    • Each review matched to a specific guideline
    • Evidence prepared the way moderators expect
    • Escalation and legal routes ready
    • Compliant with Yelp’s rules, no fake reviews
    • Confidential handling and follow-up until resolved

Reports that say only that a review is unfair are declined. A report that shows the reviewer was never a customer, or that the review exposes private information, is far more likely to succeed. Where a review will not come down, we say so before we start and plan around it.

    Typical scenarios

    Situations We Handle on Yelp

    01

    Review From a Competitor

A one-star review describes a visit that never happened, written by the owner of a rival business.

→ We document the link between reviewer and rival and submit it as a conflict of interest.

Our goal: Review removed and your rating restored

    02

    Review Exposing a Staff Member

A review names an employee and shares their private details.

→ We report it under the privacy guideline and escalate with documentation.

Our goal: Review removed or edited to remove the private details

    03

    Wave of Hostile Reviews

Several negative reviews arrive in a week after a viral post about the business.

→ We separate rule-breaking reviews from genuine ones, report the former and reply to the rest.

Our goal: Guideline-breaking reviews removed and the rest answered professionally

    FAQ

    Yelp review removal questions

Can a Yelp review be removed?

Yes, when it breaks Yelp’s Content Guidelines or the law. Yelp removes reviews that contain conflicts of interest, promotional content, irrelevant or secondhand experiences, threats, harassment, hate, private information or content that is not a genuine customer experience. We read each review against those rules, report it with the evidence Yelp’s moderators need and escalate when the first answer is a refusal.

Will Yelp remove a review because it is false or unfair?

Not on that basis alone. Yelp does not judge whether an opinion is fair and does not remove reviews because a business disagrees with them. What works is showing that a specific part of the review breaks a guideline, such as coming from a competitor, describing a visit that never happened, or naming a private individual. We build the report around that.

Can you remove a fake or competitor Yelp review?

We pursue it. A review from a competitor, an ex-employee with a grudge, or someone who was never a customer can be reported as a conflict of interest or as not a firsthand experience. We gather the records that show it and submit them through Yelp’s report process and escalation routes.

What if Yelp refuses to remove the review?

There are further routes. We can resubmit with stronger evidence, post a professional public response, take the legal route for provably false statements of fact through counsel, and bring a court order to Yelp where one exists. We also build genuine positive reviews and content that lift your overall rating.

Why are some of my good reviews hidden as not recommended?

Yelp’s recommendation software filters some reviews out of your rating, and a filtered review does not count toward your stars. We explain how it works, show you which reviews are affected and advise on how to earn more recommended reviews within Yelp’s rules.

Can I reply to a Yelp review instead?

Yes. A business owner can respond publicly to any review. A calm, factual reply shows future customers you take feedback seriously and often counts for more than the review itself. We write the reply and advise when not to reply at all.

    Do you guarantee removal?

We cannot guarantee removal. Payment on removal is available to eligible US clients; we may ask for an escrow or deposit, and clients outside the US pay through escrow or a deposit. Every decision is Yelp’s or the court’s, so we assess your reviews first and confirm the strongest route and the terms in writing before we start.

What mistakes weaken a Yelp removal?

Avoid these mistakes and your request is far stronger: arguing with the reviewer publicly; reporting a review only because it is negative; asking customers to leave reviews, which Yelp discourages and can penalize; and reporting the same review again and again. Send us the link and we will choose the route and file it correctly.
