Get harmful Trustpilot reviews removed
We find the part of the review that breaks the rules and build the flag around it.
Fake reviews and reviews with a conflict of interest
Reviews from people who were never customers
Harmful language, threats and abuse
Personal information about staff or customers
Provably false statements of fact
Profiles for the wrong or a duplicate business
Flagged reviews stay visible while Trustpilot asks the reviewer for documentation, so a vague flag achieves little and a documented one can work. We handle the analysis, the flag and the follow-up, and we assess your reviews free before we start.

How it works
How Trustpilot Review Removal Works
01
Free Review Assessment
You send the links. We read each review against Trustpilot’s guidelines and the law and rank them by damage.
02
Case Preparation
We gather the records and quotes that show which rule a review breaks, ready for the seven-day documentation window.
03
Flag and Escalation
We flag the review with the evidence and escalate when the first answer is a refusal or an automated reply.
04
Response and Recovery
We reply to reviews that stay and work on your rating within Trustpilot’s rules.
We handle the analysis, the flags and the follow-up so you do not have to.
What we get removed, and the hard cases we take on
What we get removed

Personal information

Review attacks: we analyze the pattern and escalate
Anything that stays: we protect your rating
What regulators and courts have shown about Trustpilot
Public cases show why flagging without documentation fails and why shortcuts backfire.
NextMed, FTC, July 2025: charged over gift cards for removing negative reviews and refunds conditioned on deleting them
LendEDU, FTC, 2020: $350,000 settlement after 90% of 126 Trustpilot reviews were fabricated
DK Automation, FTC, 2022: $2.6 million settlement; negative reviews were routinely flagged and many never returned
BW Legal v Trustpilot, 2024: reviews found defamatory, but summary judgment went to Trustpilot because specific losses could not be proved
Italy’s AGCM, March 2026: €4 million fine over review authenticity checks and unclear disclosure of paid services; Trustpilot said it plans to appeal
The lesson is to flag with real documentation, never offer incentives to remove reviews, and use the legal route only for provable false statements of fact. We work within Trustpilot’s rules and have no partnership with Trustpilot.
Why Our Removal Approach Works
We argue from the guidelines, not from the fact that the review is negative.
Each review matched to a specific guideline
Evidence prepared for the seven-day documentation window
Escalation and legal routes ready
Compliant with Trustpilot’s rules, no incentives or mass-flagging
Confidential handling and follow-up until resolved
Flags that say only that a review is unfair do not succeed. A flag that shows the reviewer was never a customer, or that the review exposes private information, is far more likely to. Threatening legal action over a review can also draw more attention to it, as the Waymouth case showed, so we weigh that before any legal step. Where a review will not come down, we say so before we start and plan around it.
Typical scenarios
Situations We Handle on Trustpilot
01
Review From a Non-Customer
A one-star review describes an order that does not exist in your records.
→ We document that there is no purchase or contact under that name and flag it as not based on a genuine experience.
Our goal: Review removed and your rating restored
02
Review Exposing a Staff Member
A review names an employee and shares their personal details.
→ We flag it under the personal information guideline and escalate with documentation.
Our goal: Review removed
03
Duplicate or Wrong-Business Profile
A second profile with a similar name splits your reviews, or reviews meant for another company land on yours.
→ We assemble company records and request a merge or correction through Trustpilot.
Our goal: Profile corrected or merged where the records support it
Pay-for-results guarantee
Pay on Removal for Eligible Cases
Eligible US cases can be handled on a payment-on-removal basis. We may ask for an escrow or deposit, and clients outside the US pay through escrow or a deposit. Social media and YouTube removal is our guaranteed removal service, so it requires upfront payment. Terms are confirmed in writing before we start.
Can I remove a Trustpilot review just because it is negative?
No. Trustpilot lets businesses flag reviews for fake content, harmful language, personal information, conflicts of interest or defamation, but not simply because a review is negative or disputed. We find the specific part of the review that breaks a guideline and build the flag around it.
What happens when I flag a review?
Trustpilot replaces the review with an “under assessment” message and asks the reviewer for documentation showing they were a customer. If none is provided within seven days, the review is removed. If the reviewer does respond, the review can stay, so the quality of your own evidence matters.
Can offering incentives to remove reviews cause problems?
Yes, serious ones. The FTC charged telemedicine firm NextMed in July 2025 over offering gift cards to consumers who removed or changed negative reviews and conditioning refunds on deleting negative feedback. We never offer incentives for removal and we advise clients not to either.
Can a whole Trustpilot profile be removed?
Sometimes. A profile for the wrong business, a duplicate profile, or a profile that should be merged with another can be raised with Trustpilot with the company records that show the problem. A profile for a real, trading business generally stays, so we assess your case first and tell you honestly what is realistic.
What if the reviewer was never a customer?
That is one of the stronger grounds. A review from someone with no purchase, booking or contact can be flagged as not based on a genuine experience. We gather the records that show no link to the reviewer and submit them, then escalate if the first answer is a refusal.
Is it worth suing over a Trustpilot review?
Rarely as a first step. The legal route is for provably false statements of fact, handled through counsel. Even where a court finds reviews defamatory, proving losses from specific reviews can be difficult, and public legal threats can trigger the Streisand effect. We advise before any legal step.
Is it a problem if I flag many reviews at once?
Yes. Mass-flagging reviews is the pattern regulators have criticized, and flags without documentation achieve little. We flag only reviews that clearly break a guideline, one by one, with the evidence for each.
What if Trustpilot keeps the review?
There are further routes. We can resubmit with stronger evidence, post a professional public reply, and work on your rating within Trustpilot’s rules, including genuine review invitations sent to all your customers. We also build content that supports your reputation in search.
Can I reply to a Trustpilot review instead?
Yes. A business can reply publicly to a review. A calm, factual reply shows future customers you take feedback seriously and often counts for more than the review itself. We write the reply and advise when not to reply at all.
Do you guarantee removal?
We cannot guarantee removal. Payment on removal is available to eligible US clients; we may ask for an escrow or deposit, and clients outside the US pay through escrow or a deposit. Every decision is Trustpilot’s or the court’s, so we assess your reviews first and confirm the strongest route and the terms in writing before we start.
